Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Safety Manager in Iowa—Des Moines or Cedar Rapids. You will lead the safety program for the Northern Division, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements and company standards while supporting operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in safety management for commercial construction.
• OSHA knowledge and compliance experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 20% regularly.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety program improvements across the Northern Division.
• Deliver safety training and develop content.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead safety meetings and audits at project sites.
• Mentor safety staff and support operations leadership.
