Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety program implementation and management for commercial construction.
• OSHA 30-hour construction certificate.
• Four-year degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Management, or related field.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20% weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety program and drive safety initiatives across the region.
• Mentor safety staff and conduct region-wide safety trainings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/Cal/OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with operations leadership to implement safety policies on sites.
