Travel to sites up to 20% is required; candidates bring 5+ years of safety management experience, OSHA 30-hour, and a four-year degree in Safety/Construction or related field. Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety program implementation in commercial construction.
• OSHA, NFPA 70E, and LOTO knowledge.
• Four-year degree in Safety, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead region and support division in implementing safety objectives aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct regional safety meetings and project audits; mentor site teams.
• Lead safety training sessions and develop content; participate in company and regional initiatives.
• Oversee OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance and incident investigations; drive corrective actions.
• Perform site visits to verify policy implementation and hazard mitigation.
• Collaborate with regional operations leadership and project teams to standardize safety programs.
• Maintain safety budget and participate in risk management.
