Job summary

HOLT Group seeks a Regional Safety Representative to prevent accidents through intervention and education, inspect facilities, and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance across the region.

Based in Waco, this Full-Time role collaborates with external agencies, delivers training, investigates incidents, analyzes data trends, and promotes safety initiatives while upholding the company's Vision and Values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Safety; 5–8 years of experience preferred.
• Track record of reducing site incident rates and communicating safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and implement hazard corrective actions; follow up on actions.
• Review audit results, write safety procedures, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Represent the organization in meetings with customers and during regulatory inspections.
