Job summary

The Holt Group is seeking a Regional Safety and Environmental Representative in Fort Worth to lead accident prevention through proactive inspections, audits, and program implementation. You will collaborate with site teams to ensure compliance with 29 CFR parts, DOT regulations, and company standards.

Responsibilities include delivering on-site training, investigating incidents, reporting findings to internal and external stakeholders, and driving regional safety initiatives while traveling up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; safety-related training preferred.
• 5–8 years of safety experience; associate degree acceptable.
• Proven track record in reducing incident rates and advancing safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections and audits of facilities and operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and corrective actions.
• Lead safety training modules for technicians and management; ensure updates are applied.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis; report findings to stakeholders.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and customers during audits and inspections.
