Job summary

Bunge seeks a Regional Safety Manager to provide safety and health leadership across North America operations. You will partner with regional leaders to strengthen a safety-first culture, prevent injuries, and ensure regulatory compliance across plants.

The role requires guiding site safety professionals, conducting audits, deploying HOP concepts, and supporting a 5-year regional plan with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Occupational health and safety, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing safety experience or related food/agribusiness experience.
• Experience with Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) deployment at the plant level.
• Experience working with multiple sites and applying safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and professional expertise to the industrial operations leadership and plants.
• Coach, counsel, and develop operations leadership and site safety professionals on safety leadership.
• Perform audits to improve the effectiveness of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist plants with deployment of HOP philosophy, training, and tool deployment.
• Support plants and business units with the execution of North America region 5-year plan.
• Share responsibility as Subject Matter Expert on safety programs across North America.
