Job summary

Inriver is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across North America, with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector. This quota-carrying role requires owning the full sales cycle, building executive relationships, and expanding our footprint with enterprise and mid-market manufacturers.

You will prospect, close, and forecast opportunities, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a defined territory.
Experience selling into manufacturing organizations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for North America.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in Manufacturing.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain CRM data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent inriver at industry events.
