Job summary

You will drive profitability, oversee sales, estimating, production and service, and build a high-performing leadership team across functions.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within commercial roofing, ideally as a General Manager.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, improving profitability and managing a multimillion-dollar P&L.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing sales, estimating, production and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, gross margin, profitability and operational performance.
• Lead and develop management teams across sales, estimating, production and service.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, strengthen key accounts and expand market share.
• Establish commercial and operational KPIs to improve performance and accountability.
• Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.
