Job summary

Hargrove Roofing & Construction seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee production operations across multiple branches. You will manage Project Managers, enforce procedures, drive quality control, resolve warranty issues, and ensure timely project completion.

The role requires leadership, systemization, and proactive problem-solving to build high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Construction management or roof production leadership experience
• Experience managing crews, Project Managers, and multiple job sites
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, safety standards, and quality control
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect steep or multi-story roofs

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers across multiple branches
• Enforce build procedures, safety standards, and company expectations
• Onboard and train new Project Managers
• Foster strong communication between Sales and Production teams
• Lead quarterly Project Manager meetings
• Manage on-call schedules and crew deductions
• Audit jobs and branches for compliance, documentation, and photo requirements
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive jobs to completion
• Work closely with scheduling teams to avoid delays and production issues
• Monitor weather conditions and proactively manage active projects
