Valcourt Exterior Building Services is seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Roofing Service Manager to oversee our commercial roofing service and repair division. This role oversees daily service operations, mentors technicians, and ensures safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and a proven ability to lead a profitable service team in a fast-paced environment, with strong estimating and customer-relations skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roofing industry.
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC).
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and maintenance agreements.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and dispatch roofing service crews to maximize productivity.
• Recruit, train, and develop service department staff.
• Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and pricing for repairs and PM agreements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to urgent calls.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and department profitability.
