Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services and medication administration for an assigned caseload across multiple sites. The role provides clinical leadership to program staff and collaborates with regional leadership to ensure person-centered nursing plans are implemented.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (NY/NJ), a BSN, and at least three years of nursing experience with strong supervisory and communication skills.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in NY or NJ and current BLS certification.
BSN degree and minimal three years of nursing experience, preferably with I/DD.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in nursing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day nursing services and medication administration for assigned caseload.
Supervise RNs and LPNs; provide coaching and conduct performance reviews.
Collaborate with regional leadership and interdisciplinary teams to implement person-centered nursing plans.
