Job summary

YAI is seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services and medication administration across assigned regions. The role provides clinical leadership to program staff, ensuring adherence to person-centered nursing plans and regulatory requirements.

The position requires an active RN license (NY/NJ), a BSN, and 3 years of nursing experience, preferably with I/DD, plus strong leadership and EMR skills; travel to programs in the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid, active RN license in assigned state (NY/NJ).
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN degree with 3 years nursing experience, preferably with I/DD.
• Equivalent combination allowed with valid RN license and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe nursing services and med administration for assigned caseload.
• Provide clinical leadership to program staff and attend regional leadership meetings.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and nursing practice standards for assigned regions.
• Directly supervise RNs and LPNs and guide performance and development.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records and med administration.
