Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Regional Support Supervisor in Brooklyn to oversee programs across multiple sites. The role focuses on supervision, training, and system optimization to ensure high-quality services for people we support.

The position requires strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and effective collaboration with leadership, HR, and program teams. A BA/BS and I/DD background are preferred, with occasional non-standard hours possible.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Prior supervisory and training experience in the I/DD field.
• Project-management experience preferred.
• Tuberculosis test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with all support departments and assist as needed.
• Train new residential and day Supervisors on systems.
• Participate in planning staff events and support people we serve.
• Provide regional program support in the absence of a supervisor or leadership.
• Train on multiple systems and serve as Super User for digital tools.
• Coordinate regional trainers and collect feedback for improvements.
• Represent the region on committees and collaborate with teams.
