Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Regional Revenue Manager to oversee extended stay and nightly inventories across a portfolio, balancing demand with availability to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing rate strategies, coordinating with GMs and DOS, and delivering complex ad-hoc analyses. The role requires strong analytics, Excel proficiency, and experience in hotel revenue management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1-2 years revenue management experience at multi-property level.
• Experience in hotel revenue management.
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of the travel industry distribution landscape (GDS, CRS, IDS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships.
• Develop long-term rate strategies for the portfolio.
• Communicate strategy changes to GMs and DOS.
• Evaluate leads and set negotiated rates; run displacement analyses.
• Monitor pricing and competitors; adjust as needed.
• Manage rate and inventory controls across distribution channels.
• Coordinate yield management and PMS updates.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and share insights.
