Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy for a cluster of hotels across major markets. You will oversee pricing, rate integrity, and inventory controls while coordinating regional RM processes.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in RM, strong analytics, and experience with PMS/CRS and RM tools. The role requires collaboration across departments and leadership of a regional team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Revenue Management.
• Experience with PMS/CRS and Revenue Management systems; strong analytics and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage and mentor Area Directors of Revenue Management.
• Control room rates and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, channel management and policies.
• Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings with rate and inventory analysis.
• Forecast short and long term revenue and analyze trends and opportunities.
• Interview, train and coach associates to meet brand standards.
