Job summary

Wells Enterprises is seeking a Region Manager to lead Retail Sales Associates across the assigned region. You will partner with Business Development Managers, Sales Operations, Store Managers, and retail staff to meet retail objectives and drive performance.

The role requires 4–6 years in retail sales with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position is based in the Phoenix area with a focus on regional growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of Retail Sales experience, 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must live in the region.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to supervise; including delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in projects or business environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for being a business expert within assigned region, including understanding regional performance and driving priorities with BDMs and leadership.
• Establish priorities, performance expectations, and KPI metrics for team members to drive results.
• Provide training and development for team members; conduct field work, coaching, and timely feedback.
• Manage region through territory routing and sizing; adjust classifications to optimize call frequency and impact.
• Build and strengthen relationships with BDMs, Sales leadership, and cross-functional partners for alignment and execution.
• Oversee budget for the region including travel, accommodations, promotions, and POS to stay under budget.
