Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is seeking a Region Manager to lead the Southeast Retail Sales Associates and collaborate with Business Development Managers, Store Managers, and sales leadership to meet retail objectives.

You will set priorities, track KPI performance, train staff, supervise roughly 10 associates, manage territory routing, and help ensure budget targets are met while delivering timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years of Retail Sales experience, 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must live in the region.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to supervise; including delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct activities of Retail Sales Associates in the assigned region.
• Set priorities, performance expectations, and KPI metrics for team members.
• Provide training and development for team members; conduct field observations and coaching.
• Manage territory routing, store classifications, and budget to stay under expenditures.
• Build relationships with BDMs and cross-functional partners for alignment and execution.
• Complete paperwork, reporting, timesheets, and expense reports timely.
