Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple Express brand stores within designated markets in Dallas and surrounding areas. You’ll recruit, onboard, and develop store leaders while driving sales and excellent guest experiences.

In this role you’ll analyze business results, optimize operations, and coach teams to deliver hospitality and brand standards across the district. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of retail management experience.
• 3–5 years minimum of multi-unit leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business.
• Proven results driving top-line revenue and customer hospitality.
• Experience managing associate relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain talent to support district, region, and brand needs.
• Lead talent acquisition, immersion, education and retention of store management.
• Drive profitable sales through business analysis and action planning.
• Develop leaders and ensure consistency across stores in the district.
• Coach performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
