Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead and develop our retail sales team across a defined geographic region, driving growth in pro and builder customer segments.

You will coordinate with pro sales teams, our national accounts group, general managers, and field staff to execute our sales process, coach performance, and expand product categories from millwork to doors and outdoor living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years experience in outside sales or retail management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and teams.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the retail sales team across a defined region.
• Drive growth in retail special orders and pro customer segments.
• Coach, observe, and train team members to improve performance.
• Own and implement the Woodgrain sales process across the field.
