Job summary

BlueLinx Corporation is seeking a Regional Product Sales Manager to develop and manage customer relationships for our wood products portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams from conception to launch, strategize product lifecycle, and align marketing, manufacturing, and sales to grow revenue and market share.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Branch General Managers, Territory Managers, and the national Marketing team to meet revenue and customer-satisfaction goals across multiple

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred; MS/MA/MBA a plus.
• 6–8 years experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in the building products industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive product and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends from an ROI perspective.
• Assess competitor offerings and differentiate products.
• Develop programs to align product requirements across departments.
• Forecast and plan products in relation to manufacturing schedules.
• Lead go-to-market plans and product launches.
• Define product strategy for CMA and overall roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, Marketing, and Sales.
