Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a leading sales and marketing agency, seeks a Regional Customer Manager to lead a regional team of Customer Managers. You will coach, guide retailer engagement, execute promotions, and develop growth plans to meet client objectives and drive distribution across multiple retailers.

You will analyze KPI data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build strong retailer partnerships while advancing organizational goals and sales leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in Consumer Packaged Goods sales, customer management, or retail account management.
• Knowledge of natural and specialty retail channels a plus.
• HQ sales calls experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Customer Managers by setting expectations and conducting regular coaching.
• Provide day-to-day sales leadership to Customer Managers including retailer engagement strategies and growth plans.
• Drive business execution across assigned retailers, monitoring distribution goals, promotions, and item priorities.
• Analyze sales performance and KPI data to identify opportunities and address gaps.
• Support revenue, profitability, and operating income by aligning resources to priority client opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and process improvements.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key regional retailers, building relationships and resolving escalated issues.
• Maintain client partnerships through client reviews, planning sessions, and strategic discussions.
