Advantage Solutions in Henderson, NV is seeking a Regional Customer Manager to lead a regional team of Customer Managers, coaching and driving growth across strategic retailers.

You will guide retailer engagement, promos, displays, new item launches, and growth plans while monitoring performance and leveraging data to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4-6 years in CPG sales, customer management, or retail account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of natural and specialty retail channels.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Customer Managers with coaching and performance reviews.
• Provide day-to-day sales leadership: retailer engagement strategies, promotions, assortment recommendations, display opportunities, new item launches.
• Drive business execution across retailers: distribution goals, promotions, display initiatives, new item priorities, retailer relationships.
• Analyze sales data, distribution gains, promotions, and KPI reporting to identify opportunities and address gaps.
• Support regional revenue, profitability, and growth by aligning team resources to client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Client Services, Analytics, Retail Operations and other cross-functional teams on strategic planning.
• Be senior point of contact for regional retailers, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
