Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Senior Regional Manager to drive sales and profitability across 20–30 stores. You will train Store Managers, oversee operations, and ensure a superior patient and customer experience in a multi-site retail environment.

You will recruit top talent, analyze performance data, and implement plans to grow market share while maintaining brand standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years multi-unit retail experience.
• 8+ years management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering positive results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80%; weekends and in-store work as needed.
• Strong command of English for correspondence.

• Delivers consistent, high-quality patient/customer experiences across locations.
• Oversees weekend/evening operations to meet business needs.
