You will oversee cross-functional retail, lab, and doctor services, focusing on talent development, performance metrics, and strategic action planning to grow market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit retail experience.
• 8+ years management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Strong command of English for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and coaches Store Manager to achieve goals and best practices for growth.
• Leads teams through performance management to meet or exceed goals.
• Attracts and hires high-caliber talent to fill positions promptly.
• Builds a bench of talent for future placements.
• Analyses the business and communicates action plans to optimize results.
• Manages profits and expenses and ensures proper use of funds.
• Directs workforce management according to brand policies and initiatives.
