Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple-store operations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring. Based in Providence, RI or South Boston, you’ll build high-performing teams with a focus on a Legendary customer experience.

You will drive district results, lead with vision, coach store leaders, manage budgets, and implement strategic initiatives across the region while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills with familiarity with sales and financial data.
• Good communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations for store leadership and holds teams accountable to drive results.
• Develops district/region strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance.
• Analyzes metrics to ensure goals are met and trains managers on store reporting.
• Leads store teams to manage local marketing events and business outreach.
• Identifies underperforming stores and develops a plan to address them.
