Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple districts, drive sales growth, elevate customer experiences, and build strong teams across California. You will partner with Retail Operations, HR, Marketing, and Merchandising to execute company priorities and uphold the brand standard.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in progressive retail leadership, 5+ years multi-market oversight, and a proven record of coaching executives, managing P&L, and optimizing performance across districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• 5+ years of multi-store leadership across markets.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance and translate insights into action.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers to drive performance across markets.
• Own regional sales, profitability, KPI, payroll, expenses, and other costs.
• Ensure consistent, engaging, on-brand customer experience across the region.
• Partner with Retail Operations, HR, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales.
• Oversee store events and programs aligning with budgets and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and store execution.
