Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of District Operations Managers, coaching and holding them to KPIs and standards.
• Sets regional targets, oversees budgets, and directs cost containment to protect profitability.
• Conducts regular store visits and rides-alongs to ensure execution of company standards.
• Owns full P&L accountability for the region and reviews regional performance data.
• Ensures brand compliance, safety programs, and operational programs across districts.
• Partners with HR, Safety, Marketing and Finance to advance regional initiatives.
