Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ locations in a specified market. The role involves travel to store sites, engaging with employees and retail personnel, and ensuring timely execution of merchandising initiatives.

You will recruit and train staff, maintain on-time project performance, and manage district costs while partnering with HR and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1-2 years of retail or field operations experience.
• Firm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, manage and mentor hourly employees within a market area
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for projects
• Foster relationships with retailers and client personnel
• Communicate with assigned employees regularly
• Plan staffing to meet client project requirements
• Manage district costs such as drivetime and overtime
• Travel to job worksites daily/weekly to engage with clients
• Support other districts with staffing and execution as needed
