Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Regional Director to serve as the key liaison between strategy and eight to twelve stores in the region. You will lead store leaders, ensure policy adherence, and drive budget and sales performance while protecting the brand and culture.

You will recruit, hire, train, and retain strong teams, visit stores regularly, and partner with HR, Loss Prevention, and Finance to optimize operations and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ multi-unit retail management with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; strategic planning.
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel to stores 3–5 days per week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize donations processing and maximize sales.
• Deliver KPIs across stores: customer service, production, store sales, and ecommerce.
• Coach and develop store leaders through mentoring.
• Drive morale through rewards and recognition; manage scheduling and inventory.
• Ensure store operations align with merchandising standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with HR, Loss Prevention, and Finance to support district goals.
• Develop talent benches within the district and establish community partnerships.
• Monitor expenses and contribute to annual budgeting with senior leaders.
• Respond to customer service inquiries and maintain brand integrity.
