Job summary

Serv-U-Success seeks a Regional Director to lead through people across up to 40 retail locations in the Indianapolis region. You will coach Field Operations Managers, strengthen the leadership bench, and ensure consistent standards and customer trust across stores.

You will spend substantial time in stores, analyzing performance data, shaping labor strategy, and partnering with People Operations and Training to improve hiring, development, and execution. Travel up to four days a week.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of multi-unit leadership experience across retail/service environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience managing labor, staffing, operating costs, and performance across dispersed locations.
• Strong business and analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance across sales, execution, labor efficiency, quality, safety, compliance, engagement, and retention.
• Directly lead and develop Field Operations Managers, helping them become stronger people managers and leaders.
• Ensure Store Managers are equipped to lead daily operations, maintain store standards, and strengthen customer partnerships.
• Use data and field observations to identify performance gaps, address root causes, and scale successful practices across the region.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline through talent assessment, succession planning, development plans, and coaching.
• Oversee regional workforce planning and labor strategy, balancing business needs and cost discipline.
• Maintain a regular presence in stores to validate performance and coach leaders.
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Training to improve hiring, development, engagement, performance management, and execution.
• Manage significant escalations beyond Field Operations Manager’s scope.
• Lead consistent execution of safety, compliance, timekeeping, and risk-management across the region.
