Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking a Regional Director to lead a newly created market across multiple states. You will build and develop the field leadership team, drive store performance, and partner with corporate functions to propel growth and profitability.

You will coach district leaders, analyze KPIs, and ensure excellent customer experience while expanding the regional footprint with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail experience.
• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing District Managers or similar leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, labor, expenses and profitability.
• Ability to lead a large geographic territory and multiple locations.
• Data-driven decision making with sound business acumen.
• Track record of building teams, developing talent and driving accountability.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of District Managers across a multi-state region.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of District Managers across a multi-state region.
• Drive regional sales, profitability, operational execution, and overall store performance.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop future District Manager and Store Manager talent.
• Analyze KPIs and business results to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Regularly visit stores to assess execution, coach field leaders, and ensure consistency across the region.
• Partner with corporate teams including HR, Finance, Real Estate, and Construction to support growth and operational priorities.
• Create a culture of accountability, employee engagement, talent development, and strong customer experience.
• Lead the successful execution of new initiatives and support continued market expansion.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of retail experience
• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience
• Experience directly leading and developing District Managers or comparable multi-unit leaders
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, labor, expenses, and profitability
