Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee travel center locations across the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West. You will drive profitable sales in stores, lead operational support, and recruit, train, and coach managers in your region.

The role requires 5 years of multi-unit or regional management in retail or related service sectors, strong customer focus, and willingness to relocate as needed; this position offers comprehensive benefits and a nationwide medical plan.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level.
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all travel center locations in the region and drive profitable sales.
• Recruit, train, and coach Managers within the region.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to the management team.
