Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support the Retail Market across the Central United States as part of the Technical Services Regional Account Sales team. You will develop strategic relationships with regional retail customers and drive revenue growth across multiple sites.

You will leverage your sales leadership, negotiating skills, and cross-functional collaboration to expand service lines, manage budgets, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of environmental services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years Retail or Environmental Services industry sales experience with multi-million-dollar quota.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for assigned regional retail customers.
• Lead cross-functional resources to support regional accounts and renewals.
• Manage communications with corporate, regional and field-level decision makers.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain Salesforce records.
• Travel 30–50% to cover multiple states.
