Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years’ experience in retail operations management.
• Extensive background in bank operating policies, banking regulations (state and federal).
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional retail operations and client experience for Bank Iowa.
• Drive business development and community leadership across branches.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and motivate retail staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee teller and new account software platforms and retail processes.
