Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a District Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA to lead a team of branch managers and sales professionals across a defined region.

You will drive performance through coaching, talent development, and strategic planning, while partnering with product and business lines to enhance the customer experience and financial results. You will oversee recruitment, hiring, and training within the district, ensure adherence to staffing models, manage budgets, and help grow the customer base in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five+ years of banking and/or retail management experience.
Four+ years of management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead across multiple locations.
