Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate activities across a geographic area and train managers to achieve operational excellence. You will set business goals for assigned restaurants and work as a team player to drive results.

You will train shift managers and staff, develop staffing plans, and lead efforts to meet sales targets while supporting marketing initiatives. NJ/East FL region relief potential may apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Physical: Ability to work anywhere in the restaurant, operate POS system, lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all activities within assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support managers.
• Create plans and set business goals for assigned restaurants.
• Be a team player.
• Train shift managers, assistants and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop staffing levels for managers and assistants.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Drive sales goals using provided reports.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
