Job summary

Subway Group is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate activities across an assigned geographic area and lead a team of restaurant managers. You will train and coach staff, develop staffing plans, and drive adherence to operating standards to meet sales goals.

You will also support marketing initiatives and act as a team player across locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to train, coach and develop restaurant staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting all activities within assigned geographic area.
• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Developing staffing plans for all managers and assistants.
• Providing leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff to achieve sales goals using provided reports.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
