Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations in the DC/MD/VA region. This role involves stepping in to maintain smooth operations, coaching managers, and driving guest experiences while upholding company standards.

You will oversee staffing, food quality, safety, and financial performance, while traveling between locations and supporting openings and events. Expect 50–55 hours weekly with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lead in dynamic, multi-location environments.
