You will travel regionally, support openings and events, and balance hospitality with strong business results. Expect 50–55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel throughout DC/MD/VA region.
• Ability to lead in multiple locations and adapt quickly.
• Strong hospitality focus with business results.
• Energetic, calm under pressure and positive.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams across multiple locations.
• Inspire and coach managers and staff to deliver guest experiences.
