Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and hospitality standards.
• Willingness to travel across the DC/MD/VA region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of maintaining high guest satisfaction and financial performance.
