Job summary

Thompson Hospitality in the DC region is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant teams across multiple locations. You will drive guest experiences, coach managers, and support openings, events, and company initiatives while maintaining great hospitality and strong business results.

Expect 50–55 hours weekly, evenings and weekends as needed; willingness to travel throughout the DC/MD/VA region and adapt quickly to new environments will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across the DC/MD/VA region as needed.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.
• Strong hospitality mindset with focus on business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams across multiple locations.
• Inspire and coach managers and staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Support openings, events and company initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas and best practices to improve operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, food quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with teams and leaders.
• Travel across the DC/MD/VA region as required.
