The role requires 50–55 hours weekly, travel across locations, and a proven background in restaurant leadership. A passion for mentoring teams and delivering hospitality excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

• Willingness to travel across the DC/MD/VA region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of maintaining high guest satisfaction and financial performance.
