Job summary

TMart is hiring experienced Regional Supervisors to oversee operations, safety, systems, growth and development for a region of five to eight Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. This paid, internal training path begins as a Management Trainee, with certifications at each level and bonuses tied to metrics.

Base pay starts at $60K per year, plus monthly and weekly bonuses, annual profit-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of company financials and ability to influence metrics.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop leaders across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, coaching and performance management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant Managers to run a single restaurant with strong ops and compliance.
• Communicate goals and initiatives from leadership to Managers and ensure follow-through.
• Lead and develop management teams through recruitment, onboarding, training and mentoring.
• Promote guest-centric service and a sense of urgency to satisfy guests.
• Ensure regular reporting and tasks completion to stay compliant with laws and company standards.
• Identify issues, determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Oversee marketing requirements, product launches and competitive analysis.
• Share results, recognize top performers and foster teamwork.
• Ensure district compliance with labor laws and company policies.
