Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the DC/MD/VA region. You will lead restaurant teams, coach managers and staff, and play a key role in openings and initiatives with a focus on guest experiences.

Travel across the region is required; expect 50–55 hours weekly including evenings and weekends. A dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments will excel in this role.

Qualifications
