Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and employment laws.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and internet navigation.
• Ability to manage schedules and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to General Managers for 4–10 units.
• Develop and implement sales-building strategies to maximize earnings.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Execute financial results and report performance periodically.
