• 10+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and leadership teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L management skills.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing restaurant leaders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple restaurant locations in the assigned region.
• Regularly visit locations to evaluate operations, guest experience, and performance.
• Ensure standards for food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Review KPIs and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Improve efficiency, profitability, labor utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure staff follow policies and procedures and organization's service standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
