Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of senior supervisory experience managing multi-unit operators.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Area Directors and Restaurant Management within assigned regions.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members; plans and directs work.
• Develops and monitors regional growth; ensures outstanding customer service.
• Analyzes financial reports to identify trends and address regional performance.
• Creates plans to execute regional and company initiatives for operational excellence and results.
• Manages through unusual events to keep region operating to standard.
• Communicates clearly within region to ensure effective operations.
