• Lead 55-hour peak-period operations for lunch/dinner.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and guests.
• Achieve the restaurant's Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure safe food handling on every shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant to standards.
• Manage purchasing of food, beverages and supplies.
• Enforce company operating standards and performance.
• Develop and train restaurant team.
