Job summary

Dynamic Restaurant Group is seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of more than a dozen full-service restaurants across multiple states. This role demands hands-on leadership, strategic financial oversight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will drive operational standards, oversee recruiting and training, and travel roughly half the time to key markets including Los Angeles, the DC area, and Miami.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of multi-unit, multi-state leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage 15+ full-service restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership.
• Experience in succession planning, hiring and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 15+ full-service restaurants across multiple states.
• Drive authentic guest experience and service standards.
• Own P&L, inventory analysis and cost management.
• Develop leaders, implement succession planning and staff training.
• Travel approximately 50% to LA, DC area, and Miami.
