Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a designated region, drive strategic planning, and deliver operational and financial results across multiple markets.

The role reports to Area Directors and focuses on building strong teams and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include interviewing and developing staff, planning and directing work, analyzing financials, and ensuring adherence to company policies while guiding regional initiatives toward growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with progressive field management experience.
• 10+ years of senior supervisory experience in multi-unit operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train team members for regional roles.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet regional goals.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop Area Directors to support customer service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and food safety standards.
